Wellness Mart LLC Promotes Total Wellness
Wellness Mart LLC was founded in 1996 by two San Diego physicians, Sandra Eriks, M.D. and Ana Maria Andia, M.D. Both doctors realized that Western medicine is superb to diagnose diseases and treat acute medical conditions but lags behind in the treatment of many chronic illnesses. They were introduced to a unique brand of safe and effective bio-nutritional supplements, manufactured in pharmaceutical grade laboratories. After experiencing the benefits of these supplements themselves, Drs. Eriks and Andia started Wellness Mart LLC and marketed and distributed these products until 2010. Today, they teach qigong, a healing art, and take groups around the world to places of great beauty, historical significance, and powerful and pristine energy.

Travels
Since 2006, Wellness Mart LLC has organized small group trips for individuals to travel to powerful centers of energy around the globe and practice qigong in places of great natural beauty. Drs. Ana Maria Andia and Sandra Eriks have taken groups to the Blue Mountain Resort in Costa Rica, along the Way Of St. James from Roncesvalles to Santiago de Compostela in Spain, to the Magnetic Center of the Earth and the Galapagos in Ecuador, to the Montevelho Ecoresort in Portugal, to Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti in Tanzania, Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda, Russia, the Arctic, and India. We sailed on a riverboat in Eastern Europe in 2016, went on game drives in Namibia, South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe in 2017, traveled on the Silk Road in 2018, and went to Europe and Asia in 2019. 2021 brought us to Alaska and the Adriatic Coast. In 2022 we sailed on the Rhine and Moselle Rivers, and went on land tours in Poland, the Czech Republic, Ethiopia, and Madagascar. Wellness Mart LLC and Qigong Classes
Drs. Andia and Eriks introduced the practice of Shaolin qigong to San Diego in 2005 when they sponsored their qigong teacher's coming to San Diego from the Shaolin Wahnam Institute in Costa Rica. Classes in Shaolin qigong have been taught at the Sharp Outpatient Pavilion several times a year since 2005. Master Pragata taught these classes in San Diego until 2011 while preparing Drs. Andia and Eriks to continue to promulgate and teach the art in his absence. Drs. Andia and Eriks have been teaching Level 1 qigong classes in San Diego since 2008 and Level 2 classes since 2011. Wellness Mart LLC Founders
Sandra Eriks served in the U.S. Army and was a cryophysiologist before she went to medical school. She trained as an internist and specialized in hematology/oncology and emegency medicine. She also has master's level training in medical intuition and navigating the soul's journey.
Ana Maria Andia was a biochemist who did pioneering research on a major liver enzyme system cytochrome P-450 before she became a physician. She is both an internist and a psychiatrist. Like Dr. Eriks, Dr. Andia has master's level training in medical intuition and navigating the soul's journey.
